A: You can contact us by phone, email or send direct message through social media.
Q: How do I cancel a order?
A: Call us or to cancel from the website. From the website you have to log in to your own account first and then cancel it in My Orders. Keep in mind that we have a cancellation policy of canceling or rescheduling assignments 24 hours prior to the designated time.
Q: What if my item is damaged during delivery?
A: You can contact our customer service staff and provide proof of the value of the item, such as a shopping receipt. After evaluation, we will make corresponding compensation, with a maximum compensation limit of HK$3,000.
Q: How can I get a refund after canceling my order?
A: After successfully canceling the order, all charges will be returned to your payment account within 24 hours.

Q: How does Lightning Errand work? Do I have to work full-time?
A: Lightning is an on-demand delivery app that matches drivers to customers. Drivers are able to take as many or as few orders as they choose at any time of the day, you choose when you work!
Q: When can I start earning after registration ?
A: Your account will be verified within one working day after the training is completed and the deposit has been received.
Q: How much can I earn per week with Lightning?
A: The earning depends on working hours, location, and time period of taking order. Hours of higher demand are from 9:00am to 6:00pm and the districts of higher demand are Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, and Mong Kwok.
Q: If a customer's item is accidentally damaged during delivery, do I need to be compensated?
A: If it is because of the damage to the items caused by others, our platform will compensate the customer in total, and you do not need to compensate. If the damage to the item is caused by Lighter's intentional or negligence, we will compensate the customer in advance, and then charge you the corresponding fee after evaluation.
